The latest statistical survey of "Top 100 Life Service Chain Enterprises in 2022" shows that the TOP 100 companies on the list will have a sales scale of 178.19 billion yuan in 2022 and a total of 208,000 stores.

The surveyed enterprises mainly include: hotel accommodation, car maintenance and repair, pet service, recycling and repair, housekeeping service, washing and dyeing service, housing agency, house decoration, beauty and body, hairdressing and hair care, health care and health care, bathing service, leisure and entertainment Nearly 20 sub-sectors of the life service industry, such as leisure and fitness, training and education, children's entertainment, and graphic photography, aim to understand the annual operating status of the life service industry, tap the potential of industry chain development, and help the high-quality development of China's life service industry.

Statistics show that the sales scale of TOP100 chain enterprises in the life service industry will be 178.19 billion yuan in 2022, and the total number of stores will be 208,000.

Pei Liang, president of the China Chain Store and Franchise Association, interpreted the "2022 Top 100 Life Service Chain Enterprises" and the development trend of the life service industry, saying that the life service industry is an industry full of vitality and great development potential. 

Enterprises, especially leading enterprises, need to keep an eye on changes in the industry, which will determine a series of issues such as the company's future market position and second growth curve.

He said that enterprises can use the traditional PEST method to grasp new changes in the life service industry by observing a series of driving factors in the industry, such as environmental protection, new energy, networking, aging and consumption concepts. 


For example, the medical beauty market and the pet market are in a stage of rapid growth in absolute volume. In 2022, China's pet market will be 84.7 billion yuan, with a compound growth rate of 15% from 2018 to 2022. Some structural changes and new growth opportunities due to technological and consumer influences. 


For example, immersive experience may become a new force in the entertainment market, and fitness sports with social attributes will become a new growth point, such as flag football and frisbee.

He said that in the face of the above-mentioned changes, chain enterprises in the life service industry need the micro-level capabilities of the enterprise. Even if the market shrinks, excellent leading enterprises are still full of opportunities.

Pei Liang said that from the perspective of macro policy, there are two issues that should be given attention. First, due attention should be paid to the role of the life service industry in stimulating and supporting domestic demand. 

The second is to promote the development of the life service industry through policy innovation. "We have the opportunity to cultivate a group of large-scale and branded large-scale enterprises.
